What ages can be involved in Youth Ministry?
Youth Ministry encompasses mostly high school students. We invite 8th graders in the fall or winter of their eighth grade year. If you’re in 8th grade now or high school, you’re welcome to come by!
When are the meetings?
Usually we have our meetings every other Sunday night from 7pm-9pm in the Gathering Room of the Church. We have other events as well that occur on different days. Check the Event Calendar often to keep up to date on what we’re doing when! (Hint: The orange dates have something scheduled.)
What about the forums?
The forums are very under construction but are getting there.
Forums can be found via the link [my(YM)space! [Forum Log In]] to the right.
To view the Forums, you will need to create a user account:
- If you are an adult member:Please use your First and Last name as your user id with a space in between (ex: John Smith). In your User Control Panel you will set your “Online Status” to hidden. If you’re not comfortable using both names, but want access to the forums, please use something close to your name (ex: John S.) for the time being until we can discuss your concerns. If you have questions on how to set your status to hidden, please contact me or read the tutorial on the forums.
- If you are a teen member: Please create a user id that is not your First and Last names. You will be required to enter your first and last names, but not as your user id.
- Once registered & activated (check you’re email to activate you’re acct.), you’ll need to follow instructions posted on the forums to be upgraded to full user access. I won’t upgrade just anyone’s permissions though so you’ll need to email me, call me, or talk to me in person to let me know what you’re user name is so that I know it’s legitimate.
